ACCOMPLISHMENT OVERVIEW

Design principal of Design Team Limited (Landscape Architects & Planners) efforts focused on the development and implementation of forward-thinking, realistic and practical action plans. Well developed skills in project management and administration, knowledge of markets and trends; with a keen sensitivity to bottom-line results represents necessary strengths in the achievement of goals. Some achievements are:

• Established DesignTeam Limited in 1984 in Houston, Texas; successfully designed, planned and managed multi-million dollar development projects.
• A multi-disciplinary background specializing in the fields of Land Planning, Landscape Architecture and Land Development. Responsibilities have encompassed the master planning of residential communities, park and recreation amenities, commercial, industrial, office campus and resort developments ranging from ten to several thousand acres.
• Appointed by the Governor of Michigan as Chairman to the State Board of Landscape Architects.
